Integrate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I want to be successful, smart, own that house, have a perfect partner, have a wonderful body.&#8221; The ego constructs an image, and when reality doesn\u2019t align with the fantasy, you turn the whip on yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realize the un-realized self, and the endless chase for self made illusions(self made pictures) fades away.
